Apple handles payment and refunds for purchases made in the App Store. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bought on splatcast.com

• New subscriptions: if SplatCast isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of a renewal and we will refund it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Email will@splatcast.com with the email address you used to buy. Where your local law gives you more, we follow it.
